Why I Do This Work
This didn’t start with a program.
It started with me being honest about my own life.
There was a time when I was moving but not aligned.
Making decisions, but not always the right ones.
Showing up—but not fully as myself.
And at some point, I had to stop avoiding what I already knew.
That required more than motivation.
It required me to slow down, identify what was off, and take full ownership of how I was thinking, moving, and responding to my life.
That process changed everything.
Not overnight—but intentionally, over time.
What I teach now is not just theory.
It’s the result of doing that work personally—and then refining it through training and experience.
I am a daughter of Christ, a wife, a mother, and a leader in Corporate America.
I understand responsibility.
I understand pressure.
And I understand what it means to carry multiple roles while still needing to be honest with yourself.
Over time, I formalized this work through training, study, and real-life application.
I am trained in identity-based coaching, behavioral change, and mindset work.
But more than that, I’ve done the work personally.
And I continue to do it.
